Marvell is  buying Inphi for around $10 billion, reports Dow Jones. 

Marvell will pay 60% of the price in stock.

The deal could be announced today.

Inphi is expected to see revenue growth of around 90% this year.

The deal will make 2020 a record for M&A with Nvidia-Arm at $40 billion, AMD-Xilinx at $35 billion, and ADI-Maxim at $20.9 billion.
